Draft notice: this page is a working draft covering the data TAB actually collects today (waitlist sign-ups). It has not been reviewed by counsel and should be reviewed against California and any other applicable privacy law (CCPA/CPRA, etc.) before TAB relies on it as its final, binding policy.

Who we are

TAB Endevors, Ltd. ("TAB," "we," "us") operates rwtab.com and the TAB waitlist. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist as a rider, driver, or both, we collect:

Name
Email address
Phone number (if provided)
City and ZIP code (if provided)
Years of driving experience (drivers only, if provided)

We do not currently collect payment information, precise location, or government ID through this site.

How we use your information

To notify you when TAB launches in your area
To contact you about your waitlist status or driver application
To understand demand by city so we know where to launch next

We do not sell your personal information.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to:

Know what personal information we have collected about you
Request deletion of your personal information
Correct inaccurate personal information
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share your information)
Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

Data sharing

We share waitlist data with our database provider (Supabase) solely to store and process your submission. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

Data retention

We retain waitlist information until TAB launches in your area and you either sign up for the live service or ask us to delete your record.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access-controlled databases, to protect your information.
